Q. How do you find your applicants?
A. We advertise and post positions online, but by far the most effective method is word of mouth. We receive referrals from satisfied applicants, regardless of whether we placed them. We're known for spending time listening to applicants and talking honestly with them. Our reputation for treating applicants well benefits you because you rely on our ability to attract good candidates.

Q. How do you evaluate your applicants?

Q. How do you handle reference checks?
A. We consider reference checks an integral part of the evaluation process. Our purpose is to get an objective opinion from someone who has observed the applicant in the workplace. Because we are not representing a specific job or company, we are able to obtain candid and often revealing information. All references are checked prior to referring an applicant to your company so there will be no unpleasant surprises when you are ready to make an offer.

Q. How long will it take to fill a position?
A. It depends on the employment market, the position you have open, and the salary you are offering. If appropriate candidates are available, we can set up interviews within a day or two. If we need to tap into our network of contacts to find you the right person, it will take longer.

Q. Do I need to sign anything?
A. No.

Q. Do I need to pay any upfront costs?
A. No. Payment of our fee is contingent on you hiring a candidate we refer to you. Our service includes recruiting, interviewing, testing, screening and reference checking as well as coordinating job interviews and follow-up communication with your staff.

Q. Do you guarantee your placements? Can I get my money back if things don't work out?
A. We have three guarantees to choose from, two of which are cash refunds. For details see "Three Guarantee Options."

Q. Do you offer temp-to-perm arrangements?
A. Yes, provided we have an appropriate match. Most of our candidates are currently employed and we are not a high-volume temporary service, so short-term assignments would depend on candidate availability.

Q. Do I owe you anything if I don't want to hire any of the candidates you refer to me?
A. No. Payment of our fee is contingent on you hiring someone.

Q. Who tells the applicants, "No, we're not interested?"
